Monster Girl Quest Paradox: With ■■■■■ is currently in active development. I’m also working on a spin-off novel, but I’ve been writing with reckless abandon and the thing has ballooned past ten paperback volumes’ worth of content. Expect editing, revisions, and all the usual checks to take a while, so I’d appreciate your patience on that front. Below, I’ll address some questions that keep popping up.
Q: When starting a fresh playthrough of Monster Girl Quest Paradox on the current version, why do you already have a Pink Leotard in your inventory?
That’s a bug. I’ve already identified the cause, and it’ll be fixed in the next version. Apparently, this mysterious leotard appearing in the item box out of nowhere got Luka some very suspicious looks from his companions. Part 3 Ilias Route spoiler!
Q: In the Angelic Dominion Route, when Lucifina defeated Kanade, why did Daystar, which should be a counter technique, activate on its own? It’s one of the following:
- Her hand touched Kanade, which registered that physical contact as an attack and triggered the counter.
- She figured Kanade was going to attack anyway, so she countered preemptively.
- She flashed back to getting hit during the Great Monster Wars and countered out of reflex.
- It was never counter-only to begin with.
